Position: Mandarin Quality Assurance (QA) Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $30–$50/hour Duration: 2–3 weeks Commitment: 3–4 days/week Role Responsibilities Evaluate Mandarin-language healthcare conversations for medical accuracy, clarity, and tone. Assess communication quality and contextual appropriateness in AI-generated systems . Provide structured written QA feedback to improve AI model performance . Flag linguistic or safety concerns to enhance training data quality . Participate in daily end-of-day check-ins to ensure consistent progress. Qualifications Must-Have Native or near-native Mandarin fluency. Professional healthcare background (nurse preferred). Strong written feedback skills. High attention to detail.
