Reporting to the Senior Manager – Planning and Performance , this role plays a key part in strengthening planning, performance reporting and continuous improvement across WAPHA’s commissioned activities. You will coordinate core planning and reporting processes, support commissioning governance and assurance, and translate performance insights into practical recommendations that support decision‑making. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across teams, managing multiple work streams, and turning data and information into meaningful insights. &x1f539;Location: WAPHA Head Office, Level 2, 1 Hood Street, Subiaco (Hybrid Role) &x1f539;Employment Type: Maximum term contract for 2 years &x1f539; Salary: Band 4 ($91k-$97k Plus 12% Superannuation & Salary Packaging) Key tasks and responsibilities: Coordinate portfolio‑level planning and performance activities, including Annual Business Planning, activity work plans and quarterly reporting Maintain planning and reporting registers, templates, schedules and guidance materials Support the design and refinement of activity specifications, program logic models, outcomes and performance measures Coordinate performance monitoring, including data collection, quality checks, issue and risk tracking Assist with analysis of performance information to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities Prepare high‑quality briefs, reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and governance forums Provide secretariat support for commissioning and performance governance groups, including agendas, papers, minutes and action tracking Maintain effective document management systems (e.g. SharePoint, CRM/SRM, JIRA) to support consistent and accessible information management Build strong relationships across Commissioned Services and enabling teams to support collaboration and continuous improvement About you To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following selection criteria: Essential experience and education Demonstrated experience coordinating planning, reporting and/or performance monitoring processes Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Highly developed written communication skills, including drafting reports, briefs and governance papers Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience working with data to inform recommendations Proficiency with digital tools such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint and spreadsheet applications Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams What we offer Enjoy a hybrid work model, combining the flexibility of working from home with access to our state-of-the-art Subiaco office.
