We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Team Leader to provide short term leadership coverage from 19 March - 02 April 2026 with the possibility for extension. lead and manage the delivery of Psychosocial Service Delivery and Block Funded Programs coach and support a team of Lifestyle Support Workers to tailor services to the needs of recipients build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across clinical, community and primary health services represent selectability at local and regional network meetings, forums and events About you To be successful you must: experience leading teams, programs and services in mental health, disability or community services possess clear and effective communication skills demonstrate computer literacy and accuracy in record management exhibit an ability to problem solve be able to follow policies and procedures at all times be able to work with culturally and linguistically diverse communities and individuals Role requirements a current minimum P1 "C" class Queensland drivers licence a currently registered, roadworthy, and fully comprehensive vehicle a current nationally recognised First Aid and CPR certificates (or the ability to obtain) a Child Safety & Personal History Screening check a Positive Notice Working with Children (blue card) (or the ability to obtain) NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or the ability to obtain) NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety & You' About the offer We offer a range of benefits including: hourly rate of 55.73 super up to $15,900 FBT salary packaging benefits access to fitness passport flexible working arrangements career pathways and opportunities for development employee Assistance Program offering confidential counselling support for employees How to apply If this sounds like you, please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your skills and experience and why you are the best person for this role.
