We’re looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Manager to lead our Australia outbound sales team and drive strong commercial results across key lines of business. In this role, you’ll manage a team of 10 sales professionals , develop their capability, and ensure consistent delivery of revenue targets while creating a high-performance sales culture. What You’ll Be Responsible For Driving Sales Performance • Deliver monthly sales and revenue targets • Implement outbound sales strategies to maximise growth • Monitor and report on key sales metrics and performance • Support the team in closing high-value opportunities Leading & Developing the Team • Recruit, coach, and mentor a team of outbound sales executives • Conduct call coaching, training, and performance reviews • Build a high-performance culture focused on results and collaboration ⚙️ Optimising Sales Operations • Manage sales reporting, systems, and administration • Use analytics and insights to improve sales effectiveness • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and processes Stakeholder & Relationship Management • Work cross-functionally with Operations, Credit, Customer Experience, and IT • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners What We’re Looking For ✔ 4 to 5 years’ experience leading teams in sales or account management ✔ Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets ✔ Strong experience coaching and developing sales teams ✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills ✔ Experience with sales diallers and sales management tools Nice to Have • Salesforce CRM experience • Background in payments, cards, energy, fuels, or financial services Why Join Us? ✨ Lead a high-performing outbound sales team ✨ Opportunity to shape sales strategy and drive growth ✨ Collaborative and fast-paced environment ✨ Strong career development opportunities What makes Corpay your next great career destination?
