Description Unique Entry Point into A Specialist Field for those with Customer Service Skills Permanent opportunity Location – Kent Street Sydney (WFH options available once training completed) Rotating roster What’s the role? You’ll be part of a frontline operational team that keeps workplaces running safely and smoothly. Acting as the first point of contact for security and property matters, you’ll provide expert safety advice, manage alarms and incoming requests via phone and email, and coordinate access, guard services, front‑of‑house enquiries, and property issues. You’ll assess, prioritise, and escalate matters to stakeholders and service providers to ensure continuity of operations. Based in Sydney, you’ll work day shifts across a rotating Monday–Friday roster (7:00am–8:00pm), with 8‑hour shifts and a rostered day off every four‑week cycle. What do I need? Excellent customer service skills and experience Active listening skills & the ability to extract relevant information Strong prioritisation and organisation skills with proven track record in working under pressure & in stressful situations An ability to effectively switch between multiple systems while helping impacted colleagues Please note: your flexibility will be required with a rotating shift roster as per above Why join us?
