We have an exciting opportunity for a Concierge to join our dynamic team on casual basis. This Concierge is the go-to person for our residents, who is a vital part in the smooth operation of the resort. The successful candidate, will therefore be required to assist in various areas of the resort, having more of a hands-on approach. Reporting to the Ardency Manager, you will be tasked undertaking a variety of concierge duties and responsibilities including: Providing a high level of customer service to the residents and guests of Kennedy Place by Ardency Managing reception duties and responding to resident and guest enquiries Maintaining accurate data records and assisting with invoicing Coordinating contractor inductions and supporting EHS compliance Conducting resident welfare checks and managing follow‑ups where required Assisting with production of weekly newsletter, monthly journals and community communications Contractor management including inductions Assist with day-to-day operational activities through different IT platforms Delivery of resident packages and room service meal Set up and pack down of resident activities Ensuring that a premium level of customer service is provided to our residents in every interaction. Shifts Applicants with the flexibility to work the below varied shifts throughout the week are encouraged to apply. Additional assistance may be required for leave coverage. Monday shifts: 8am – 4pm Afternoon shifts Tuesday to Friday: 3:30pm – 8pm Weekend shifts: 8am – 2pm AND 2pm – 8pm Training will be provided to the successful candidate. About You To be successful in your application, you will have the following; Administration and demonstrated customer service experience Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to pick up new systems Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse community Exceptional interpersonal skills with an approachable personality that helps build trust and rapport with residents, families, and team members Be highly organised and able to prioritise competing tasks Demonstrates outstanding personal presentation and reliability Willingness to learn and professionally develop A professional, initiative-taking and can-do attitude To have a current First Aid and CPR certificates, Have current RSA, or be willing to obtain Ready to Join the Fun?
