About the role We’re looking for a hands-on, action-oriented Training Lead to join our Sales Finance team, supporting our largest retail partnership. Ensuring retail staff and managers understand Latitude’s products, present them correctly, and feel confident offering them is critical for our performance and compliance, and will support our ambition to help partners grow and “make it possible” for more customers. This role balances strategic training design with hands-on delivery and continuous improvement. This includes developing role-specific training modules, embedding Latitude training content into the training curriculum of our partners, and delivering training through both digital and live channels. Responsibilities: Design a comprehensive training framework for retail staff, proprietors and relevant support roles. Develop modular, role-specific training content aligned to compliant selling and customer outcomes. Drive integration of Latitude training into the experience of partner sales staff. Design and maintain digital, self-service training modules (e-learning, microlearning, refreshers). Deliver training in person and via Teams to support initiatives, changes and uplift. Equip field leaders with tools to reinforce training in-store. Measure training effectiveness and continuously refine content based on performance and feedback. Partner with Enablement and Sales to address capability gaps. What you’ll bring: Experience in training design and delivery, ideally in retail or financial services. Strong instructional design capability across digital and face-to-face formats. Experience integrating training into partner LMS platforms. Confident facilitator with strong stakeholder engagement skills. Understanding of Latitude’s products and regulatory environment highly regarded.
