Project Delivery Manager- Mental Health & Wellbeing (Jewish Community) Jewish Care Victoria is seeking a passionate Project Delivery Manager to join our Social Services team in Windsor. This fixed-term part-time role (3-4 days per week) with a view to permanency offers the chance to lead meaningful mental health and wellbeing initiatives that directly support our Jewish community. About the Opportunity You'll oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of mental health projects designed to enhance community wellbeing. Working closely with our experienced team, you'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve meaningful outcomes for community members of all ages and backgrounds. What You'll Do Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications Coordinate with community partners, healthcare providers, and internal teams Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for leadership Facilitate community consultation sessions and feedback collection Support the development of culturally appropriate mental health resources What We're Looking For Proven project management experience, preferably in health or community services Strong understanding of mental health principles and community needs Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse groups Experience with budget management and stakeholder engagement Cultural sensitivity and appreciation for Jewish community values Why Join Us This fixed-term position provides excellent experience in a well-established organisation known for innovation in disability and social services.
