Operations Specialist Multiple Positions Work a 2 week on and 1 off Roster Join Australia and New Zealand’s largest bus operator and play a key role in the daily coordination of safe, efficient, and reliable transport services. What’s on offer: Full-time roles based in Bowen Basin 2 weeks on, 1 week off roster – accommodation provided Be part of a high-performing operations team supporting mining transport services Contribute to community and workplace safety Your key responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and ensure service delivery standards are met Coach and support drivers on safety, compliance, and performance Conduct driver assessments, mentoring, and pre-start meetings Monitor and enforce fatigue management and Fit for Work processes Respond to daily operational enquiries and provide support as needed Ensure fleet presentation standards and service quality are maintained About you: HR licence with minimum 3 years commercial driving experience and current Drivers Authority Proven leadership, teamwork, and communication skills Strong attention to safety, compliance, and operational detail Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Willing to work a 2:1 FIFO or DIDO style roster Prior experience in remote operations or mining support is desirable Please note: Pre-employment checks form part of our recruitment process and will include a police check, medical clearance.
