This newly created role offers long-term stability, project variety, and genuine career growth. As a Landscape Contracts Administrator , you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality luxury resort communities. You’ll manage estimating and tendering for landscaping, irrigation, and external works, working closely with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams on projects valued between $1M–$8M. From early cost planning through to final delivery, you’ll ensure every detail aligns with program, budget, and the quality GemLife is known for. What You’ll Do Prepare competitive estimates and tenders for landscaping, irrigation, and external works Review contract documentation and manage end-to-end tender processes Prepare clear, compelling tender submissions Collaborate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal development teams Support project teams with accurate documentation and work programs Monitor market pricing, trends, and compliance requirements What You’ll Bring Experience estimating landscaping and irrigation works (commercial, community, or large-scale projects ideal) Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail Confidence interpreting technical drawings and specifications Clear communication skills and the ability to produce persuasive tender responses Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously Why Join GemLife & QA Build GemLife is a national leader in luxury over-50s living, delivering resort-style communities across Australia known for quality, innovation, and lifestyle appeal.
