This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner to join Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV). About the role Reporting to the Centre Manager, you are a qualified Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP) able to work with our team of highly skilled and dedicated practitioners providing FDRP to separating couples by assisting to resolve issues in dispute such as parenting arrangements, property settlements and developing parenting plans. Your responsibilities include providing conflict resolution, parent education, a framework for negotiation, undertaking assessments and mediation, group work (as required), providing information, support, and referrals to match presenting needs to services and programs. The successful candidate MUST have a Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution. We are offering a permanent, full-time position, including one evening shift on Tuesdays . The role is available with our Shepparton centre but can be delivered remotely from another centre with monthly visits to provide in person work in Shepparton The base salary range is $98k - $105k per annum with access to salary packaging of $18,550 per annum. About you Degree qualified in social sciences (psychology, social work), law or dispute resolution and/or Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution. Accreditation as an FDRP with the Attorney-General’s Department. Experience/or training in property mediation, or willing to undertake training (desirable).
