Some of the key responsibilities will include but not limited to: Identify and pursue new business opportunities focused on service maintenance contracts. Support Customer Account Managers and Service Managers to maximise opportunities within the existing client base. Assist with competitive contract renewals to retain key clients and secure long-term agreements. Target market segments where VAE can successfully compete and develop relationships with key stakeholders. Build and maintain strong networks with clients, consultants, builders, facility managers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Prepare high-quality, value-driven bid submissions that address client needs and highlight VAE’s differentiators. Use estimating tools to accurately develop maintenance quotes and drive competitive subcontractor pricing. Manage sales administration including tender responses, quotation registers, and handover documentation.
