Implement preventative maintenance program for all fixed and mobile assets on site Lead, organise and provide direction for employees to manage people performance, HSEQ outcomes and ensure the business unit targets are met Ensure cost effective operations and contribute to developing operational budget and maintenance budget Be responsible for training and developing the team, safety and customer service excellence Drive Continuous improvement and get involved in projects and initiatives across plant operation, maintenance and safety What you’ll bring Operational environment expertise and background. Excellent communication, and strong negotiation and project management skills. Proven management and hands-on leadership experience Strong background in water waste treatment or liquid waste experience is required.
