We’re currently seeking a Service Manager to join our growing team at our Shepparton dealership. About the Role In this role, you will manage and develop the service team, providing leadership, training, and opportunities for growth. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers to support business growth and ensure the successful day‑to‑day operation of the department. Key Responsibilities -Lead, coach and develop the service team to deliver high performance and strong customer outcomes -Oversee daily workshop operations, scheduling work and ensuring service KPIs and quality standards are met -Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and support throughout the service process -Drive departmental growth through efficient workflow management, accurate invoicing and proactive service promotion What We’re Looking For We’re seeking an experienced leader who brings: -Strong leadership and people‑management skills -Commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to oversee efficient and profitable operations -Well developed communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities -A proactive, motivated approach with strong attention to detail Experience in the Agricultural, Truck, Automotive, or Mining industries is highly valued. Agricultural knowledge is preferred but not essential.
