You’ll work closely with leaders at all levels, navigating day‑to‑day employee matters, supporting organisational change, and driving people projects that move the needle. What You’ll Be Doing Partnering with the P&C Manager and business leaders to deliver people strategies that support operational and organisational goals Leading and supporting employee relations matters with confidence and sound judgment Providing generalist P&C advice across the full employee lifecycle Supporting organisational change, performance conversations, and coaching leaders Delivering people projects and initiatives that enhance culture, capability, and experience Contributing to P&C reporting and insights to support smarter decision making Building trusted relationships across the business and fostering a safe, positive, and engaged employee environment Spotting opportunities to streamline, clarify, or uplift processes and practices About You Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent experience Minimum 3 years’ experience in a generalist P&C role with a strong ER component Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills Confident, practical, and able to navigate complexity with a steady hand Someone who thrives in roles with breadth, autonomy, and variety Highly organised and able to balance multiple priorities with ease Skilled in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Why Join Us?
