This is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile road, airport, utilities, and rapid repair projects, contributing directly to winning and delivering major infrastructure contracts. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for civil infrastructure and specialised concrete projects. Conduct first-principles estimating, quantity take-offs, and risk assessments. Analyse subcontractor and supplier pricing, assumptions, and exclusions to develop competitive bids. Support procurement strategy and negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors. Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to align estimates with project scope, methodology, and program. Maintain and improve estimating databases, cost benchmarks, and historical records. Skills & Experience Proven experience in civil or infrastructure estimating (roads, airport works, utilities, or rapid concrete solutions). Proficiency in estimating software such as Candy, Expert Estimator, CostX, and Microsoft Office. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple tenders under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality. Understanding of construction methodologies, contract types, and commercial terms. Why Apply?
