Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Speech Language Pathologist, based on the northern Gold Coast in QLD, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Daily responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating a range of communication disorders, speech challenges, language issues, literacy screeners and intervention, and complex communcation needs (AAC), including communication oarter training. Collaboration with families and their care teams to design individualized care plans and implement therapeutic strategies is a key component of this role. The Speech Language Pathologist will monitor progress and adjust treatment goals as necessary while fostering positive and supportive therapeutic relationships. Qualifications Minimum requirement is a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Pathology New graduates encouraged to apply Experienced therapists also encouraged to apply Valid and current drivers licence A car Valid and current Blue Card Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia is required as CPSP status is necessary to provide NDIS related services.
