About the role: World Wellness Group Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Nurse to join our dynamic multicultural team in Woolloongabba, QLD. As a Practice Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting the smooth operation of our medical clinic. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative team environment. What you'll be doing: Providing nursing care and support to patients from diverse multicultural backgrounds, including administering treatments, conducting health assessments, and assisting with minor procedures. Coordinating and managing the practice's clinical workflow, ensuring efficient patient flow and timely service delivery Assisting with the implementation of health promotion and disease prevention programs. Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with medical and legal requirements. Collaborating with the multidisciplinary clinic team, as well as the broader WWG wraparound care support teams, to deliver holistic, patient-centered care. Contributing to the continuous improvement of practice policies, procedures, and protocols. What we're looking for: Registered Nurse (RN) with a current AHPRA registration Minimum of 2 years' experience in a general practice or primary healthcare setting Strong clinical skills, with the ability to provide comprehensive nursing care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including cross cultural skills, with a patient-centered approach Proficiency in maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient records Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning What we offer: At World Wellness Group Ltd, we are dedicated to supporting our employees and fostering a positive work environment.
