Title: ServiceNow - GRC - Risk and Compliance Transformation SME Location: Sydney Type: Contract (6 months to start with, long term scope) Nature of the work: Consulting, Hybrid Required Skills and Experience: Requires an experienced ServiceNow IRM Administrator to perform the following duties: Provide analytical support for IRM services, providing recommendations for process improvements, including process automation and integration with other applications and other ServiceNow modules. Configure ServiceNow IRM based on business and process requirements. Work closely with Enterprise Risk, Compliance, Audit teams and business stakeholders to ensure that new functionality, interfaces, processes and services meet expectations. Responsible for administration of IRM and TPRM module. Support and administrator the entity hierarchy based on business/stakeholder engagement. Train users as appropriate on how to use IRM to ensure consistent application and usage.
