The Role and Requirements Core Responsibilities: Support the broader healthcare team by performing essential patient care duties and utilizing therapeutic skills for patient assessment. Compliance & Communication: Practice in accordance with state legislation and scope of practice while serving as a primary point of contact for patient, visitor, and customer inquiries. Mandatory Qualifications: Must hold a Certificate IV in Acute Health Care from an approved training provider. Professional Experience: Possession of more than two years’ experience within an acute care hospital setting; experience in the private healthcare system is highly regarded. Key Attributes: Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a strong commitment to integrity and care. Communication Skills: Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to interact effectively with a multidisciplinary team. Availability: Full flexibility to manage shift work across a 7-day rotating roster , including both day and night shifts.
