Position overview We're looking for a qualified Personal Injury Lawyer (Plaintiff) with 3-5 years PQE to join a full service boutique law firm in the stunning South West Victoria that's known for it's world class beaches, coastal trails and vibrant towns. What you’ll be doing You will represent clients in complex plaintiff-side claims, guiding them with clarity and care through challenging processes. Manage claims in WorkCover, TAC, and medical negligence Prepare documents and run mediations and hearings Provide advice on compensation rights and outcomes Collaborate with a team of supportive specialists What you’ll bring 3–5 years PQE in plaintiff personal injury law Extensive experience gained with public liability, WorkCover, medical negligence and TAC claims Strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills Genuine empathy and client-first approach Interested in this position?
