As a Senior Speech Pathologist, your responsibilities will include: Majority clinic-based with occasional pre-school or school visits Supervise Allied Health Assistants Build the Speech Pathology team and assist with onboarding and ongoing supervision Reporting to the Director who is a highly experienced Speech Pathologist Quality assurance/ improvement activities and research Manage a paediatric caseload of 50/50 NDIS to Private Clients Option to see adult clients (if desired) Areas include speech sounds, expressive and receptive language, literacy, social language, and stuttering - you have the flexibility to tailor your caseload to your interest area Why this role: Salaries between $105,000 - $120,000 Super Full admin support and leadership coaching provided Bonus incentives available Flexibility with working hours and days Support from the Clinical Director who has close to 20 years of experience as a Speech Pathologist You will reduce your clinical caseload as you build the team Opportunities to work with Paediatric Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists Requirements/Skills Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology SPA membership Unrestricted Australian Working Rights Minimum 3 years postgraduate experience Interested in this position?
