About the Role The Learning & Development Coordinator is a valued member of the Organisational Development team, responsible for high-level, end-to-end administrative support, overseeing the delivery of formal training programs, informal learning opportunities and other development activities across the organisation. This role takes a business partnering approach to help managers identify the training needs of their teams and also works with subject matter experts to create internal training opportunities.
