The Company A private equity-backed B2B SaaS, Global company entering an exciting growth phase is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to design and implement the internal operational infrastructure that will support scale. The Role As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for building the operational rhythm and reporting capability that enables the organisation to grow efficiently. This role sits at the centre of the business, working closely with senior leadership to introduce dashboards, reporting frameworks, operational cadence and scalable processes across onboarding, support and delivery. This is not a traditional people management role. Instead, it is a hands-on operational leadership position focused on systems, structure and performance visibility. You will work cross-functionally with teams across sales, product, onboarding and support to improve visibility, accountability and performance. What You’ll Do Build operational dashboards and reporting frameworks Introduce structured weekly and monthly performance cadence Improve onboarding predictability and operational efficiency Design scalable internal processes across teams Act as the operational link between leadership and delivery teams About You 5 years in operations within a SaaS or software business Experience building dashboards, reporting and operational processes Strong data and systems mindset Comfortable working in high-growth or scale-up environments Able to influence stakeholders across teams Flexibility to take regular calls with the UK. Often early evening.
