Own the lease transfer process and deliver a seamless driver experience Great employee monetary & non-monetary benefits along with Hybrid set-up Up to 4 days wellness days and 2 volunteer days added each year ABOUT THE ROLE The role of a Renovations Consultant is to effectively and efficiently administer the transfer of a driver's novated lease from one employer to another TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Complete Renovation processes assigned in an accurate & timely fashion Assist department members as requested by Manager and Seniors Effectively assist with dept or internal staff queries in relation to Renovations Effectively assist with Client queries while maintaining/nurturing relationships. Responsible for updating IMS throughout the process to ensure that the ticket accurately reflects the status of the renovation. Manage flow of renovations tickets in line with set KPI’s Be familiar with & confidently relate renovations procedures & requirements Liaise and build with external stakeholders as required, (employers, financiers, and other fleet leasing providers) in a professional manner to facilitate the renovations. Ensure the correct forms are provided to the client for the transfer. Follow up on the return of the information with a reasonable timeframe Liaise with the driver to provide the driver with a quote that meets their requirements and FBT requirements Prepare any required Renovation Documents and provide them to the client in an accurate and timely manner Ensuring that all returned documentation is signed by the authorised signatories of SG Fleet and the employer Deal with Renovation related issues where necessary (investigation of potential Renovations) Identify & report to Manager any issues/potential issues made aware through but not always relating to Renovation team which could have negative impact on SG Fleet Endorse SG Fleet external policies & procedures with our clients. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Certificate or Diploma in a business-related field Previous experience in a customer contact role Ability to effectively manage internal and external relationships with superior communication skills, both written and verbal Sound computer skills including strong MS Office High level numeracy, attention to detail and ability to understand complex finance/taxation concepts Experience in Operations, Fleet Management and/or Salary Packaging is desirable ABOUT YOU Exceptional customer service Ability to work efficiently and autonomously Demonstrated customer service and problem-solving skills High Level of attention to detail Strong organisational and time management skills Who we are We are a financial services company that specializes in fleet management, vehicle leasing and salary packaging, with a presence across Australia, the UK and NZ.
