Process all fuel and convenience store sales accurately while creating add‑on sales opportunities. Keep the front‑of‑house and retail areas clean, tidy, and well‑presented at all times. Restock retail shelves and complete daily tasks efficiently, using spare time proactively. Follow all safety, security, and appearance standards while supporting the team with other duties as needed. You’re Likely a Match If You Follow Ingenia’s WHS policies, procedures, and safety instructions, and actively contribute to a safe workplace. Participate in identifying, assessing and managing risks, and promptly report any hazards, incidents or injuries. Hold a current C Class driver’s licence and bring strong communication, customer service and administrative skills. Stay calm under pressure, use initiative to solve problems, and feel confident reasoning with people in challenging situations. Can work independently and handle the physical aspects of the role, including occasional lifting, equipment use, and regular walking around the site. You’re someone who brings energy, ideas, and a genuine passion for making a difference. You love working with people, solving problems, and creating moments that matter.
