This is an exciting time to join Multiplex WA as a Contracts Administrator supporting the delivery of tier one building construction projects. Contracts Administrators play a key role on-site, managing the procurement of subcontractor services as well as overseeing key financial activities including cash flow, profit optimisation, variations, reporting, and general administration. This role involves fostering strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants, assisting with Head Contract administration, and maintaining accurate financial forecasting and reporting. It operates in a fast‑paced environment and requires exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Together with relevant qualifications in construction/commerce/architecture/finance/law or a related discipline, we are seeking candidates who have experience in a commercial role within the construction (or related) industry. High level experience in Contract Administration, a solid understanding of tender processes, sound financial knowledge of construction costs and a good grounding in legal principles are essential. We are also looking for candidates with an analytical mindset, initiative, strong problem‑solving skills, and excellent stakeholder management capabilities, particularly when working with suppliers, subcontractors and clients.
