We are urgently seeking a Training Lead to join a Melbourne-based team and drive end-to-end training programs that support major organisational change. Location: Melbourne (Hybrid – ideally 2–3 days in office) Employment: Full-time, 5 days/week The Role As the Project Training Lead, you will manage the design, coordination, and delivery of all training activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. You will lead a team of content trainers, delivery trainers, and a training administrator, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to align training with program goals. Key Responsibilities Lead project planning and execution, including timelines, milestones, and resources. Design, develop, and deliver blended training programs (workshops, eLearning, classroom, on-the-job). Engage with stakeholders to ensure training meets organisational needs. Lead, coach, and mentor the training team. Monitor training metrics, manage risks, and provide status updates. Develop and manage business readiness and transition plans, including post go-live super user support. Your Experience & Skills Proven project management expertise with successful delivery of training projects. Strong instructional design and adult learning knowledge. Exceptional communication and leadership skills. Comfortable with training software and project management tools.
