About the Role We are recruiting Mental Health Nurses to join a nurse-led primary health team within a youth custodial setting in Malmsbury. This role focuses on delivering mental health assessments, risk assessments, care planning, and coordinated mental health support to young people in custody. You will work closely with GPs and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and positive mental health outcomes. A rotating roster across day, afternoon, and night shifts applies.
