About the Role This entry‑level role is a fantastic opportunity to begin your career as a Mobility & Seating Clinician within NovitaTech’s supportive and highly skilled team based in Croydon Park. You will work closely with experienced clinicians who provide hands‑on training, mentoring, and guidance across all aspects of postural assessment, design, quoting, manufacturing, modification and fitting of mobility and seating solutions. As you grow your clinical skills, you’ll contribute to improving the independence, comfort and participation of children and adults living with disability. What You’ll Be Doing Learning from and being mentored by experienced clinicians across all mobility and seating processes Supporting postural assessments, equipment design and planning under supervision Assisting with quoting, manufacturing and modifications, building your technical confidence over time Helping implement seating and mobility solutions that align with client goals Participating in multidisciplinary discussions, reviews and planning meetings with guidance Building confidence in liaising with clients, families and professionals to support positive outcomes Contributing to documentation, client records and service delivery standards as part of your development Engaging in professional development activities to strengthen your clinical and technical skills Knowledge, skills and experience A genuine interest in mobility, seating, and assistive technology solutions Foundational knowledge of anatomy, posture, and functional assessment (new graduates welcome) Emerging clinical reasoning skills with a willingness to learn and apply evidence‑based practice Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with clients, families and professionals Strong problem‑solving skills with a curious, proactive and hands‑on approach Confidence using technology, digital systems and basic measurement tools Education and Qualifications Tertiary qualifications which are acceptable for membership to AHPRA. Registration with AHPRA or Australian Institute of Engineers.
