About The Role We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable people to join our Charcoal Cook team. This is a hands-on role at the heart of the El Jannah experience, responsible for preparing and cooking our signature charcoal chicken safely, consistently and to recipe standards. You’ll play a key role in delivering the quality and authenticity our guests expect every time they visit. No previous experience is required. Full training is provided on the job, making this a great opportunity for someone keen to learn, build skills and be trusted with a key station in the restaurant.
