Full-Time OOSH Coordinator â Experienced Leader Required | Quakers Hill We are seeking an experienced full-time OOSH Coordinator to lead a busy and dynamic Outside School Hours Care service located in Quakers Hill. This role is ideal for a confident leader who thrives in large services, understands the complexities of shared school spaces, and is passionate about creating engaging programs for children. As the Coordinator, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the service, support educators, manage rosters, and ensure high-quality programming that meets regulatory and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead the daily operations of a large OOSH service Manage educator rosters and staffing requirements Plan and oversee engaging programs for school-aged children Manage Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) processes and continuous improvement Maintain compliance with OOSH regulations and service policies Support children with additional needs, including managing Inclusion Support Funding Build positive relationships with children, families, schools, and the community Manage shared school spaces effectively and respectfully Essential Requirements Proven experience as an OOSH Coordinator Experience managing large services Strong experience with Quality Improvement Plans (QIP) Experience working within shared school spaces Previous Nominated Supervisor experience , including managing large teams and rosters Strong programming and planning skills Experience managing Inclusion Support Funding Excellent time management and organisational skills Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher Current driver’s licence and reliable transport If you are an experienced OOSH professional ready to lead a large service and make a meaningful impact, we would love to hear from you.
