About the opportunity The Talent Acquisition Team Leader reports to the Group Talent and Organisational Development Manager and is part of the People, Safety and Culture team. The key focus of this role is to provide leadership to the TA team. More specifically, you will: •Execute the TA strategy across the group (process, diversity, early talent, sourcing strategy, talent pipelines, internal mobility, systems, compliance, branding) •Engage with business leaders on escalated talent acquisition matters, proactively supporting their people resourcing needs and recruiting quality candidates •Oversee the end-to-end talent acquisition function (job brief through to issuing contract) across all job families, all role levels and business units •Ensuring operational goals are achieved (cost per hire, time to fill, quality of hires, sourcing channel diversity) •Manage recruitment for niche, and senior roles •Identify and resolve talent attraction issues and bottlenecks that may be impacting on our ability to secure quality talent and recommend solutions •Drive a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the life cycle of the recruitment process •Oversee special projects, events and recruiting initiatives •Maintain the HRIS Recruitment Module accurately for internal and external audit purposes About you You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values Accountability, Better Together, People Matter and Think Bigger.
