Your opportunity to join us on Night Shift at Murarrie! Two opportunities now exist for Production Supervisors to oversee our Night Shift from 4:00pm to 12:30am at Inghams Primary Processing site, Murarrie, QLD. In this role, you will ensure smooth, safe and efficient production processes, while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. This is a hands-on leadership position, where you’ll guide and support your team to achieve production targets, meet safety and quality standards, and continuously improve processes. Two opportunities currently exist Permanent 12 month contract Responsibilities include Supervise and lead a team to meet production goals Ensure compliance is met across safety and food safety standards Monitor operational performance and implement improvements where necessary Provide hands-on support to the team, fostering collaboration and productivity Oversee training and development to build team capability Manage resources effectively to meet deadlines and achieve efficiency targets Report on production outcomes and escalate issues as required You will bring to this role Proven leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing or production environment Experience in food production or meat processing is highly regarded Excellent communication and team-building skills A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment Computer literacy and experience with production systems are advantageous We’re looking for people who are curious, caring, courageous and committed to join us, people who want to contribute their best work every single day and continue delivering delicious food that’s… Always Good.
