Maintenance Supervisor Food Manufacturing | Permanent | $120k – $135k We’re recruiting a Maintenance Supervisor for a well-established food production business with a strong reputation in the market. This is a permanent role offering solid job security, excellent training and real career progression. We’re looking for a trade-qualified Fitter or Electrician who’s ready to step off the tools and move into a leadership role — or someone already supervising who wants to join a stable, well-run site. The Role You’ll be responsible for leading the maintenance team across day and afternoon shifts, making sure the site runs safely and efficiently. It’s a hands-on leadership role (without being on the tools) where you’ll coordinate workloads, support your team, and work closely with production to keep downtime to a minimum.
