This role required baseline clearance. Responsibilities: Supports day-to-day operations, across multivendor hybrid IT environments. Proactively identify, investigate, analyse issues and errors prior to or when they occur and log all such incidents in a timely manner Plan, coordinate and implement complex system changes within client specified change windows. Liaise with the client, vendors, and other partners to ensure minimal disruption to the client’s day-to-day business operations. Mentor L1/L2 Engineers offering technical expertise / guidance Proactively identify, contribute, implement, and work with automation teams for effort optimization and automating routine tasks. Review architecture, design and as built documentation and make recommendations for improvements.
