This is a senior actuarial pricing opportunity leading the CTP pricing team responsible for developing and delivering pricing strategies while ensuring strong governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance across the CTP portfolio. Key Responsibilities • Develop and enhance technical pricing models for CTP products using data-driven approaches • Recommend pricing strategies balancing commercial objectives and regulatory requirements • Partner with stakeholders to translate analytical insights into practical pricing outcomes • Support rate filings and regulatory engagement through modelling and financial projections • Ensure pricing methodologies align with governance frameworks and actuarial standards • Contribute to the development of pricing tools, capability, and analytical frameworks • Support the design and implementation of model governance frameworks Skills & Experience • Actuarial pricing experience, ideally in CTP or long-tail general insurance • Experience mentoring or leading pricing teams • Strong ability to communicate technical insights to business stakeholders • Experience managing commercial and regulatory considerations *Applicants must have valid working rights in Australia.
