Key Responsibilities: Manage and progress claims across adjuster portfolios Review files, documentation, and outstanding actions Communicate with insureds, brokers, insurers, and contractors Prepare reports with recommendations and coordinate expert input Maintain accurate claim records and comply with SLAs and regulations Identify risks or urgent issues and escalate appropriately Provide updates on portfolio progress to managers About You You are proactive, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are a strong communicator, analytical, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple claims independently.
