What You’ll Do Assist with personal care tasks including showering, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support while respecting client dignity and preferences. Support meal preparation, feeding assistance, and hydration monitoring, following dietary requirements and care plans. Perform light household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, shopping assistance, and medication reminders to maintain safe living environments. Provide social engagement, companionship, and emotional support to reduce isolation and promote wellbeing. Monitor client condition, report changes to supervisors, and maintain accurate, timely records of care delivered. Travel between client locations within the service area, adhering to schedules and on-demand assignments. Previous experience in personal care, disability support, aged care, or similar roles is highly regarded. Ability to follow infection control procedures and work within health and safety guidelines.
