As a Senior Estimator, you’ll be a key player in the pre-construction phase — shaping competitive tenders, driving cost accuracy, and working closely with clients and consultants from concept through to delivery handover. What you'll be doing: Prepare detailed cost estimates and competitive tenders for residential and commercial projects Analyse drawings, specs, and subcontractor quotes to compile accurate BOQs Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants to source pricing and scope Provide buildability input, risk assessment, and value engineering options Collaborate with project managers and senior leadership during bid strategy development Contribute to systems improvements and mentoring junior team members What we’re looking for: 5 years' estimating experience in the construction sector (residential or commercial) Deep understanding of construction methodology, cost planning, and tender strategy Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple bids Skilled in estimating software (e.g., Buildsoft, CostX, or similar) Clear communicator who thrives in a team-focused environment Why this role? ️ Work on a variety of well-designed projects that you can be proud of Flat structure, open-door leadership, and a down-to-earth culture Genuine career progression in a growing business Competitive salary strong pipeline of future projects To find out more please forward your resume to
