Develop and implement strategies for effective customer service delivery. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback. Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with the sales department to ensure seamless processes. Prepare reports on after-sales performance and present to management. Travel to sites across Australia. The Successful Applicant A successful After Sales Manager should have: Relevant qualifications in business, sales, electrical engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in after-sales within the energy & utilities sector - power transformers experience is desirable. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
