The Role This is a diverse role that moves beyond general site clean-up. You will be actively involved in the "build" phase of projects across the Private, Government, and Defence sectors. Civil & Structural: Executing footings and detailed concrete works. Finishing Trades: Applying rendering skills and assisting with high-end internal fit-outs. Diverse Projects: Spanning from heavy industrial sheds to complex multi-level commercial towers. Quality Control: Working as part of a tight-knit team to maintain Sunbuild’s reputation for excellence. What You Bring Solid Experience: Proven background in commercial or industrial construction. Specialised Skills: Competence in concrete, rendering, or general structural works. Reliability: A strong work ethic—you’re the person who is on time, every time. Project Readiness: Physically fit for the Darwin climate, with a current White Card and a manual driver’s license/own vehicle.
