The Opportunity: Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will take full ownership of the Kewdale branch, setting the pace, driving standards and building a team that delivers every single day. You will: Ensure all vehicle movements are planned and scheduled in line with legislation Maximise utilisation of fleet and equipment Oversee compliance, audits and weekly operational reviews Manage ancillary and container movements in line with National Rail Operations Ensure lifting equipment servicing and maintenance schedules are met Maintain licensing, certifications and vehicle standards Lead toolbox meetings and record outcomes Drive strong safety culture and incident management Monitor KPIs and deliver consistent service performance Identify customer needs and provide proactive solutions Support recruitment, mentoring and team development Promote a clean, safe and professional site environment Contribute to revenue growth by monitoring and controlling costs This role requires occasional after-hours support and a strong commitment to operational excellence.
