About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of guest service and property management. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, with a strong background in hotel administration, staff supervision, and business performance management. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in hotel or hospitality management. Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong leadership and organisational skills with a focus on service excellence. Proficiency in reservation systems and hotel management software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as required.
