In the role of a Senior Consultant, you will join the B&PB Operational Communications team that are doubling down on winning together! Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to: Partner with key stakeholders to strategise, develop and execute communications for transformative projects. Develop and implement communications plans that support the effective delivery of key strategic and change initiatives to all impacted colleagues. Develop and execute multimedia artifacts and resources that align to our corporate narrative and drive the required change to enable benefit realisation. Build, maintain and leverage stakeholder relationships to minimise resistance and maximise engagement. Deliver ongoing communications and education programs to improve engagement and nurture positive culture change. Support the simplification of operational communications channels to enable focus and speed. We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need: Demonstrated communications experience (8 years). Specific experience in strategic communications, channel management and/or consulting environment highly regarded. Outstanding communication skills, able to present technical information simply and tailored to the audience with a strong control of tone and style. Experience developing engaging multimedia content across various platforms and formats, including video and visual design. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams, including business, technical, and operational experts from diverse cultural backgrounds. Creative problem solving: You find innovative solutions and overcome obstacles with curiosity and a drive for doing things differently. Knowledge of communication channels and tools. Strong stakeholder management: you build relationships to address business needs and drive strategic results.
