This leadership role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality cardiac care while supporting and developing a skilled multidisciplinary team. Our 36-bed Cardiac Services Unit delivers specialised care to patients requiring cardiac monitoring and intervention, including structural heart, post-procedural cardiac care, acute coronary syndromes, and complex cardiac management. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring safe, patient-centred care while supporting operational efficiency and clinical excellence within the unit. About You You thrive on problem solving, fostering a positive and supportive culture, and providing dedicated and specialised advice to your team members. You will also bring; Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Minimum 5 years’ experience in a nursing leadership role Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) qualification Significant experience in cardiac or critical care nursing Demonstrated leadership and team development capability Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Remuneration: Remuneration will be allocated under the Ramsay Health Care Victoria Nurses & Midwives EA Agreement (base hourly rate superannuation), contingent on experience level and qualifications, and is exclusive of penalties or allowances.
