Working closely with our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team, you'll define what "high performance" looks like and drive initiatives that make our software faster, more scalable, and more reliable for our customers. This is a senior, influential role where you'll shape engineering culture around performance and resilience. You'll set standards, KPIs, and SLOs, guide teams on best practices, and help ensure our enterprise software runs seamlessly at scale. While strategic and advisory, there's also room to get hands-on with performance tuning, load testing, and optimisation if that's your strength.
