Working in close partnership with the Deployments Recruitment Business Partner and the Recruitment Manager for International Deployments, the CMA is responsible for delivering a seamless, high‑quality candidate experience across the full recruitment lifecycle. This role focuses on candidate engagement, behavioural‑based assessment support, talent pooling, and consistent communication throughout the recruitment journey. The CMA ensures that candidates feel informed, respected, and supported at every stage, helping ASC attract and secure specialised nuclear and non‑nuclear skills required for US deployments. Key Responsibilities The CMA supports the planning, coordination, and execution of recruitment activities for ASC’s international deployments program, with a strong emphasis on candidate experience, communication, and behavioural‑based recruitment practices. Key responsibilities include: Manage the end‑to‑end candidate lifecycle, ensuring all candidates receive a smooth, timely, and personalised recruitment experience regardless of outcome. Partner closely with the Deployments Recruitment Business Partner and the Recruitment Manager for International Deployments to coordinate recruitment activities, understand campaign requirements, and deliver aligned candidate management strategies. Support sourcing activities by building and maintaining high‑quality talent pools for critical US deployment roles, including hard‑to‑fill and high‑volume skill sets. Facilitate behavioural‑competency‑based interview processes, attending interviews where possible to ensure fairness, consistency, and adherence to ASC’s competency framework. Coordinate and complete all required pre‑employment evaluation checks, ensuring candidates meet ASC and US‑deployment compliance requirements before progressing to offer. Maintain accurate candidate data and process documentation in PageUp, ensuring all interactions and status changes are captured for traceability, reporting, and analytics. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment operations, recommending opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the candidate experience. About You Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR support roles, ideally within a complex or technical environment. Strong talent management and candidate engagement experience, with the ability to manage high‑volume activity without compromising candidate quality or communication. Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines. Familiarity with recruitment systems such as PageUp (desirable). Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse candidate population. High attention to detail, strong documentation discipline, and a commitment to process consistency. A friendly, approachable manner combined with professional judgement and discretion. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and adapt to ASC’s culture and ways of working. Ability to obtain defence clearance Why Join Us?
