We’re looking for an exceptional Staff Software Engineer to provide technical leadership, shape architecture decisions, and drive engineering excellence across one of our squads. While initial focus areas may include payments and core banking experiences, this role is intentionally broad — you will contribute across customer journeys including transactions, profiles, preferences, and beyond. Our Technology Environment We use a modern, evolving technology stack. You don’t need to know everything, but strong fundamentals and experience in similar environments are essential. Frontend: Next.js (preferred) or React or TypeScript Backend: GraphQL (primary) or Node.js (nice-to-have) or .NET Core / C# AWS (Azure experience also welcome) Microservices architecture DevSecOps practices CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Octopus) Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation) Serverless Stack Toolkit (SST) Automation and quality engineering practices We value engineers who are comfortable working across the stack. While we prefer a full-stack profile , depth in either frontend or backend is acceptable provided you can confidently contribute end-to-end.
