Job Description This role is based within our Qantas Club, Business Lounge and Chairmans' Lounge at Canberra Airport. Our Food & Beverage Team Leader (Senior Lounge Runner) will bring their passion for service to our three lounge spacing. They will be dedicated to creating a welcoming and inviting pre-flight experience for our guest. Key duties of this role include, but are not limited to the following: Lead by example providing efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service to all guest Assist with supervision of front of house team to support the Duty Manager Initial point of contact for guest and team challenges Communicate directly with front of house team and management to provide them with all relevant information Maintain and improve quality service in our lounges Ensure all team members are following Accor and Qantas policies Proactively promote a safe workplace As our Food & Beverage Team Leader (Senior Lounge Runner), you must have availability to work a 7-day rotating roster, with shifts primary starting at 1230 - 2100
